The nation is still in shock over the dethronement of the former Emir of Kano, Mallam Muhammadu Sanusi II.
The emir who ruled for 5 years, 9 months and 2 days was sacked by the Kano state governor, Abdullahi Ganduje on Monday over alleged disrespect to constituted authority in the state.
The dethroned Emir in a video called on Nigerians to support the new emir, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, adding that he has accepted his dethronement in good fate.
