Psquare Will Sell Out London’s O2 Arena, Mr. P Boasts

Nigerian singer, Peter Okoye, also known by his stage name as Mr. P,  has said that Psquare, the singing group he shares with his twin brother, will sell out the London O2 Arena, during their concert.

He revealed this in a series of tweets on Tuesday.

According to him, P-Square will “close down” the 20,000-capacity arena, with or without a new song.

He wrote, “We don’t need to shutdown O2, we are only coming to close it down! With or without new songs! Legend is legend.”

Peter had earlier shared a video clip of the group’s Christmas show on his social media pages, where he asked Psquare’s fans to decide on a venue for their upcoming concert in London.

“Team PSQUARE, should we (use) O2 or Wembley this sh*t? Comment below….. O2 is calling The Kings of stage,” he wrote.

In a series of posts on his Instagram story, Mr P also wrote, “London and the world. Are you ready for the King of Stage? @psqaureworld world tour loading.

“Don’t joke with the Kings of Stage. We don’t do concerts, we do crusades. With or without new songs!”

His post came a few days after Davido concluded his London concert where he sold out the O2 Arena.

Though Peter’s twin brother Paul Okoye, professionally known as Rudeboy, has not made any post concerning the O2 Arena, he had in January 2022 hinted at a world tour.

The twin brothers parted ways for almost years and reunited last year and held their first concert in December 2021.
