According to him, the aspiration of the present administration led by President Umar Yar’adua can only be achieved if the youths are well trained in leadership skill and employed in different sectors of the country.
He said, “the private sector must be willing to double its employment rate to assist the youths and expose them to leadership skills so that they can in turn, give the country better leadership.
He particularly urged banks and other financial institutions in the country to adopt the culture of encouraging individual innovations and creativity among Nigerian youth.
