Director, Nigeria Country Office of the organisation, Dr Paulin Basinga stated this yesterday during the study tour of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) to the Development Research and Project Center, (dRPC) in Abuja.

Air Vice Marshall Dahiru Sanda from the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) said the study group six team was on a tour of strategic institutions relevant to funding Universal Healthcare delivery in Nigeria such as Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and dRPC.
