The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) has urged Nigerians to vote for credible leaders capable of moving the nation forward in 2023.
The Christian body disclosed this after its quarterly National Executive Council (NEC) meeting in Lagos yesterday.
The National Deputy President of PFN, Archbishop JohnPraise Daniel, who addressed newsmen after the NEC meeting, said while the body frowned at the same-faith ticket, it would not discriminate against anyone on the basis of religion.
He said, “For the elections that are coming, we have not changed our stance because we are still part of CAN (Christian Association of Nigeria).
“We are still frowning at the Muslim-Muslim ticket, but we believe the church can vote for people who are credible and competent to move the nation forward.”
