Politics Nigeria joins Guild of Corporate Online Publishers

Widely read online newspaper, Politics Nigeria, has been named a member of the Guild of Corporate Online Publishers (GOCOP), a group of publishers of online news mediums in Nigeria.

According to Dumebi Emmanuel, Politics Nigeria’s Editor-in-Chief, the news organisation was accepted into the fold in October.

“We appreciate the leadership of the GOCOP for finding us worthy of being a member of the group of excellent publishing mediums,” he said

He also assured the group of his firm’s unalloyed support in causes pertaining to the advancement of journalism in Nigeria.

“I tell people that the work of the media is so enormous that not even a news platform can perfectly execute. We need to collaborate and this is the essence of the GOCOP membership,” he added.
