Police yet to find kidnapped Delta commissioner

Prof.   Eghagha was abducted by unknown gunmen at Obiaruku on Sunday September 30, on his way from Warri to Asaba, the state capital. His police orderly was shot on the head and he died instantly.

Weekly Trust learnt that the police had combed the entire state in search of the commissioner but to no avail.

Police sources said the state police command is optimistic that Prof Eghagha will soon be rescued through the combined effort of officers and men in the state and their colleagues from neighbouring states.
