The Nasarawa State Police Command on Wednesday sealed the state House of Assembly complex following the leadership crisis that engulfed the assembly.
The state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Ramhan Nansel in an interview with newsmen in Lafia, the state capital, explained that the Commissioner of Police, Mr Maiyaki Baba gave the directive following consultations with other sister security operatives in the state.

He said no member from the two factions will be allowed entry into the Assembly complex until sanity is restored.

Daily Trust reports that Mr. Daniel Ogah-Ogazi’s faction of the Assembly earlier yesterday held its plenary where it suspended the 10 members loyal to the Ibrahim Balarabe-Abdullahi led group indefinitely.
