Men of the Nigeria Police have rescued a 25-year-old student of Osun State College of Health Technology, Ilesa, Miss Rukayat Bayonle from kidnappers.
She was kidnapped by five men, who invaded the students’ hall of residence at Olomilagbala Area, Ilesa and took her to the bush.

The Police Public Relations Officer for Osun State Police Command, Yemisi Opalola, confirmed that the lady was rescued safely and that she was fine.
The PPRO said, “Upon a distress call that a lady was abducted, the Commissioner of Police, CP Olawale Olokode, drafted a combined team of police Tactical Unit, JTF and other security outfits to the area to rescue her.
“The rescue team entered the bush where she was being held and engaged them for three hours and successfully rescued her unhurt.”
While commending the men for the successful rescue mission, the Commissioner of Police appealed to members of the public to always support, co-operate, and collaborate with the Police in fighting criminals.
