The Police Command in Lagos State says it has received a man parading himself as soldier but fake from the Nigerian Army.
The command’s spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed the handing over to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Wednesday.
Hundeyin said that on Sunday at about 1.50 p.m., a soldier attached to 243 Battalion of the Nigerian Army, Ibereko Barracks Lagos, went to the Badagry Police Division with a letter of suspect transfer.
According to him, the soldier reported that on same day, at about 1.43 a.m., the suspect simply identified as Silas, 25, was arrested at Ikoga Zebbe Area by troops of 243 deployed at Ikoga.

“The soldier stated that the suspect was dressed in Woodland Camouflage T-Shirt at the time of his arrest.’ (NAN)
