The Edo state police command have arrested 25 suspects for allegedly involved in various crimes across the state.
Parading the suspects, the command’s spokesperson, Chidi Nwabuzor, said the suspects were arrested at various locations in the state.
He said they were arrested over armed robbery, cultism, kidnapping, murder, fraud, rape, unlawful possession of fire arms, among others.
According to him, a 41-year-old suspect, Ifeanyi Obed, was allegedly arrested in connection with the murder of one Kelvin Erhahon Agboma, at the University of Benin, Ugbowo campus in renewed cult war.

Chidi said the suspect confessed to be members of the black axes secrete cult and that he also participated in the cult fight at the University of Benin.
He said the suspects would be charged to cult soon.
