Police nab car thieves in Nasarawa

Men of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command have arrested two notorious car thieves, Ibrahim Haliru (ex-convict) from Kano State and Babangida Mohammed in a hotel in Nasarawa State.

The FCT Commissioner of Police, Benneth Igweh, who disclosed this while parading the suspects in Abuja on Monday, said the suspects had been responsible for a series of car theft in the FCT and its environs.

He said exhibits recovered from them were five stolen vehicles and other items suspected to be charms.
