He gave the names of the arrested suspects as Hamza Usman, Fatima Abdullahi, Aisha Alkassim, Umaima Adam and Jamila Umar.

According to him, the arrest was carried out after the Zone 7 police command headquarters received an intelligence report on activities of some unscrupulous elements hibernating at a residential building on Niamey Street, Wuse Zone 2, Abuja.

AIG Igweh, however, debunked reports on social media that police from Zone 7 headquarters have arrested one Alhaji Kamba at his residence and recovered various firearms.
