Police confirm young man killed in Ayogu Eze’s house

Enugu state Police Command on Saturday confirmed that one Osondu Odor, aged 30, who was said to have been hit on the head allegedly by a policeman’s stray bullet, has eventually died.

Odoh, a younger brother to the APC candidate for Enugu State House of Assembly in Igboeze North constituency, had accompanied his brother on a solidarity visit to the country-home of the APC governorship candidate in the state, Senator Ayogu Eze when the tragedy occurred.

Eze had on Saturday announced his boycott of the gubernatorial poll, alleging that the INEC removed his name from the list of candidates for the governorship poll in the state.
