An okada operator and two other persons have been arrested by the police for allegedly killing one Jamilu Isa, a security guard at a filling station in Takum, Taraba State.
The suspects, it was learnt, broke into a filling station in Takum around 2am Saturday and stole drums of petrol after killing the guard.
The late security guard said to be from the same Rogo quarters in Takum town had identified the suspects.
Daily Trust further gathered that the guard threatened to reveal the identity of the suspects whom he identified.

The suspects, in a move to silence the guard, however, strangled and slaughtered the guard and stole drums of petrol from the filling station.
Luck ran out of the suspects when they hired a pick-up van driver in the morning to convey the petrol from a location where they hid the stolen petrol.
The driver, it was gathered, reported the suspects to the police, which led to their arrest.
The spokesperson for Taraba Police Command, DSP Usman Abdullahi said report of the incident was not sent to the command from Takum Police Divisional Office.
