Police arrest ex-youth secretary, 2 others over cultism, robbery in Delta

The Delta State Police Command has arrested one Felix Egbe (37), a former youth secretary of Oteri community in Ughelli North LGA of Delta State over alleged cultism and armed robbery.

City & Crime reports that the Public Relations Officer of the command, SP Bright Edafe, also disclosed that two other suspects, Lucky Victor (20) and Godbless Oghenevegba (20), were also arrested at Igwere Quarters, Aladja, over alleged armed robbery.

He explained that Felix Egbe was arrested in his hideout in a hotel in Ughelli, alleging that the suspect was a notorious cultist and a mastermind of an intended cult clash within Oteri.

He said items recovered from the suspects were one Beretta pistol, one locally made gun, cartridges, a knife and a phone.
