The Jigawa State Police Command has announced the arrest of 92 suspects in connection with various crimes including kidnapping, fraud, vandalism, theft and drug peddling.
The command’s spokesman, DSP Lawan Shiisu Adam, explained that the arrests were made between May 1 and 15, 2024, during raids on black spots and criminal hideouts across the state.

He said the police also recovered two motorcycles, counterfeit currencies, vandalised cables and illicit drugs, including hemp and tramadol.
