The police in Lagos State have arrested a suspected serial killer, Saheed Tajudeen, alias Spatacus, whose gang members are allegedly responsible for several killings in the state.
Arrested alongside Spatacus are five members of his gang, Taiye Tinoulaji, Victor Ugochukwu, Emeka Ezeani, Obìnna Eze and olajide Seun.

The command’s spokesman, Benjamin Hundeyin, who confirmed the arrest yesterday via a WhatsApp message, wrote: “They confessed to have killed several people, including one Alaba Lawal and one Dolapo in Ajegunle, Abule-Osun and Aguda/Surulere respectively.
“They also mentioned some of their gang members who are still on the run. Effort is in progress to arrest those at large, while those arrested will be charged to court as soon as investigation is concluded.”
