Operatives of the Edo State Police Command have arrested one Godslove Saraki and Henry Osaigbovo, over the alleged killing of a cyclist, identified as Abdullahi in Edo State.
It was gathered that the incident happened in the Ekiadolor community in Ovia North LGA of the state.
The command’s spokesperson, SP Chidi Nwabuzor, said one Godfrey Igwe reported at the Ekiadolor Police Station that he bought a motorcycle and gave same to one Abdullahi whose surname is yet unknown for commercial transportation.
According to him, the complainant received information from the said Abdullahi that he was attacked and robbed of the motorcycle at the Energy filling station along Ogheghe road and sustained severe injury.

He said the victim was rushed to the hospital where he died.
Chidi said three days later, police operatives arrested one Godslove Saraki with the motorcycle.
He said Saraki confessed to having bought the motorcycle from one Henry Osaigbovo, who has also been arrested.
Chidi said the suspects would be charged to court as soon as the investigation is completed.
