The police in Ekiti State have arrested two burglars, Ayodele Kolawole and Asegbeosi Bamise, at Ayegbaju-Ekiti.
The suspects were arrested on August 25, after they stole property worth millions of naira.

The command’s spokesman, DSP Sunday Abutu, said a man reported that the suspects, alongside others who were currently at large, burgled his house sometime in January, 2022, and stole some an HP laptop worth N310,000, one Cannon video camera worth N850,000, Cain cable valued at N85,000, one Cannon photo camera valued at N75,000, one Tecno L9 Plus phone valued at N85,000, one Tecno Canon phone valued at N45,000, an iPad valued at N65,000 and other valuables.
Abutu said the suspects had confessed to the crime, noting that they were part of a syndicate which specialised in burgling shops and residential apartments.
