The Akwa Ibom State Police Command said it arrested 196 suspects in the third quarter of 2022, including a father, for beating his daughter to death.
Speaking yesterday in Uyo during a press briefing, the Commissioner of Police (CP), Olatoye Durosinmi, said the suspects were arrested for various offences bordering on murder, kidnapping, theft, cultism, pipeline vandalism, among others.
