The Osun State Police Command in Osogbo, on Wednesday, arraigned a 20-year-old nursing mother, Kaosara Mutiu for allegedly stealing N168,000.
The police prosecutor, Sergeant Kayode Adepoju, told the court that the accused person committed the offence on September 11, 2020 at about 04:30pm at Stadium area, Osogbo.

Adepoju said that the accused person, who is a hairdresser, damaged two safe deposit boxes kept there by the owner, Ajiboye Ewatomi.
The Prosecutor stated that the offence committed by the accused person was contrary to and punishable under Section 451 and 390(9) of the Criminal Code Cap 34 vol. II Laws of Osun State Nigeria, 2002.
The accused person pleaded not guilty to the offence levelled against her and her Counsel, Okobe Najite, applied for the bail because of her 16 months old baby that she is breastfeeding.
Magistrate Opeyemi Badmus granted her bail in the sum of 100,000 and one surety in like sum and ordered her remanded if she is unable to meet the bail condition.
The Magistrate adjourned the case till Thursday, October 15th, 2020 for hearing.
