Lagos socialite, Ms Ogbulu Chindinma Pearl, has been arraigned before a Chief Magistrate, Kehinde Ogundare, at the Special Offences (Mobile) Court sitting at Oshodi.
Ogbulu was arraigned on a four-count charge of distributing Premium Motor Spirit (PMS ) also known as petrol as a souvenir during her installation party on l March 5, 2022, at Havillah Event Centre, Lagos.

The offence, according to the police, violates Section 251(1), 168 (1), 244 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015 and Section 195 (2)(b) of the Environmental Management Protection Law of Lagos State 2017.
The defendant was granted bail in the sum of N2m and two responsible sureties in like sum.
The matter was adjourned till March 24, 2022 for trial.
