Speaking with Hoops Center in Abuja yesterday, NBBF President, Tijjani Umar, said the directive that players should wear black arm-band is to honour the Nigeria late president who contributed immensely to the development of sports in his close to three years reign as president.
The NBBF president said that games slated for the weekend in the two conferences (Atlantic and Savannah) will go ahead as planned.
