The Federal High Court sitting in Jos, on Thursday, sentenced a 22-year-old man, Ike Chibuize, to five years for trafficking 2.5kg of Tramadol and 10.25kg of diaphragm.
Earlier, the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) charged Chibuize who was arrested on December 3, 2020, on the Lafia-Shendam Road with drug trafficking and Chibuize pleaded guilty to the charge and begged for mercy.
However, Justice Musa Kurya sentenced the Chibueze and gave him an option to pay N500,000.(NAN)
