Plateau APC chieftain killed

The APC local council chairman was said to have been shot at close range in his residence at Kurra Drong in Jos South Local Government area of the state.
Plateau State Police Public Relations Officer DSP Abu Emmanuel, who confirmed the incident said the deceased was rushed to the hospital where he died.
“The police are working round the clock to track down the perpetrators and bring them to book,” he said.
APC secretary, Bashiru Musan Sati and publicity secretary Chindo Dafat could not be reached for comments.
