The Plateau Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Development Agency (PLASMEDA) has trained about 3, 230 youth and 38 people living with disabilities on entrepreneurship and skill acquisition.
The Director General, PLASMEDA, Mr Haggai H. Gutap represented by the Director, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) Mr Joseph Bewa made the disclosure during the flag-off of the agency’s second phase of entrepreneurship and skill acquisition programme for people living with disabilities and youth at Azi Nyako Youth Centre in Jos.
He added that the agency and the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) is training 66 women on various skills.
