In a rare occurrence on Thursday, Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State visited some of the communities ravaged by flood in the state on canoes.
The flood has made the highways impassable for travellers from or through Lokoja to Abuja, thereby creating gridlocks and serious hardship on Nigerians.

The governor interacted with some residents of the affected communities.
