In his final weeks in office, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State organised a tour to show off some of his projects, which spread across the state.
On May 29, 2023, Okowa will hand over to Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, winner of the March 18 governorship election.
The project inspected by journalists spread across the senatorial districts.
