Supporters of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) have gathered in Kano in anticipation of the arrival of Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf.
The air is thick with excitement as the majority of crowd, adorned in the Kwankwasiyya red caps are waiting around Naibawa Flyover.
Earlier, the supporters of the NNPP and the Kwankwasiyya Movement trooped out in Kaduna State as the convoy of the governor passed through from Abuja.

In Kano, the thousands of supporters and well wishers are expected to receive the Governor at Kwanar Dangora from where they will accompany him to the Government House.
