Dr Ahamd Bamba, the Kano-based Islamic Scholar, who died on Friday morning, has been laid to rest.
He was buried at Dandolo cemetery, Goron Dutse Kano city, on Friday afternoon.
The event was attended by prominent clerics, political leaders and ordinary persons.
