A governor on a bike? Maybe in the days of ex-Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State.
During his days in power, Fayose was known for different theatrics that generated reactions on social media.

But Governor Abdullahi Ganduje recently caused a stir on social media. However, this is for a different purpose.
When he inaugurated bikes procured by the Kano Road Traffic Agency (KAROTA) to control traffic, Ganduje rode on one of the bikes.
While inaugurating them on Sunday, Ganduje said they would be used to ensure that road users comply with traffic regulations.
He said the bikes would enable KAROTA personnel to move quickly to monitor traffic, trace violators and go around the city to fish out those smuggling illicit and substandard goods into the state.
