Renowned business mogul, Aminu Dantata, on Monday visited former Kano State Governor, Senator Ibrahim Shekarau, over the fire incident that destroyed part of his Kano residence.
Daily Trust had reported the outbreak that razed a part of the former governor’s residence on Sunday evening.
It was gathered that the fire, which was suspected to have emanated from the kitchen, destroyed properties worth millions of Naira.
During his visit, Dantata said such incidents are a test from Allah, expressing gratitude that no life was lost or injury sustained.

Dantata prayed that the Almighty Allah would replace all that was lost in the fire with a thousand fold of abundant bounties.
Dantata is Shekarau’s father-in-law as his daughter, Professor Gaji Dantata, is the politician’s fourth wife.
