Members of the Parliamentary Staff Association of Nigeria (PASAN), who protested the non-implementation of financial autonomy for state assemblies shut down the parliament momentarily on Tuesday.
The workers, who prevented human and vehicular movements in and out of the national assembly, wondered why the law is yet to be implemented two years after it was passed.
