PDP’s Chinda wins House of Representatives’ election in Rivers

Hon Kingsley Ogundu Chinda of Peoples Democratic Party has been declared winner of Obio Akpor Federal Constituency in Rivers State with the total votes of 67661.

He was declared winner by the returning officer, Dr Nweke Godfrey.
