A Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship aspirant from Ebonyi State, Senator Obinna Ogba, has said the people are angry with Governor Dave Umahi for taking their mandate to another party, vowing that the APC will be defeated in 2023.
Addressing journalists at the PDP National Secretariat on Monday, when he went to submit his nomination and expression of interest forms, Ogba said the PDP is set to reclaim the state, adding that “the governor left PDP alone to APC.

“He did not leave with anyone from the party. The party people are still intact. The legislators are still there. The House of Representatives members are still there, the House of Assembly members, eight of them are still with us and the leaders of the party, so we don’t even know that he has left the party,” he said.
