PDP leads in Delta guber polls

The Peoples Democratic Party in Delta State has swept ten of the 11 Local Government Areas so far announced by the Independent National Electoral Office in Asaba.

According to INEC Returning Officer, Prof. Bio Nyananyo of the Federal University, Otuoke, the results collated by the LG collating officers were indicated as follows:

Oshimili South: PDP – 47, 938; LP – 1, 218, APC – 1, 253

Okpe: PDP – 12, 165, LP – 7, 728, APC – 3, 706

Ika North East: PDP – 72, 612, LP – 66, APC – 340

Bomadi: PDP – 51, 974, APC – 594, LP – 748

Isoko North: PDP – 44, 209, APC – 4, 502, LP 3, 661

Patani: PDP – 16, 421, LP – 684, APC – 771

Udu: PDP – 6, 097, LP – 15, 857, APC – 3, 369

Oshimili North PDP – 19, 368, LP – 505, APC – 978

Ethiope West: PDP – 31, 890, LP – 1, 675, APC – 2, 329

Sapele: PDP – 13, 837, LP – 7, 848, APC – 3, 627
