…PDP holds primaries for FCT Senate today

The FCT chapter of the opposition PDP has said arrangements have been concluded to hold its primary election for the Senate today (Tuesday).

Secretary of the PDP in the FCT, Bako Angulu, who disclosed this in an interview with our reporter yesterday at the FCT PDP  secretariat, said 800 accredited delegates across the six area councils would participate in the exercise.

Angulu said the party would conduct the House of Representatives primary on Wednesday, assuring that the party would conduct credible, free and fair primaries.

The party’s scribe called on members and supporters of the PDP to be law abiding before, during and after the primaries,  expressing confidence that the party would win all elections in 2019.
