The primaries for the governorship ticket of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ebonyi state is yet to commerce.
Security operatives, delegates and INEC officials were already at the venue of the exercise, Pa Ngele Oruta township stadium and have awaited for over six hours.
Although, the exercise would feature only the incumbent governor Engr. David Umahi who is seeking the ticket of the party (PDP) to re-contest his position in 2019.
Umahi, standing as the sole sure candidature of the party, made the exercise unexciting for delegates who believed that they would have enriched their pocket if more aspirants participate.
