PDP clinches two senatorial seats in Adamawa State

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has won two senatorial seats in Adamawa State.
Ishiaku Cliff of the PDP defeated the incumbent All Progressives Congress Senator, Binta Masi Garba to emerge winner inthe senatorial election for Adamawa North District.
The PDP candidate scored 7933 votes while Senator Masi got 63219
In Central Senatorial District, the APC candidate, Aishatu Dahiru Binani scored 188,526 votes, defeating her PDP counterpart, who polled 96,530.
Binos Yero of the PDP defeated the incumbent senator, Ahmad MoAllayidi to emerge winner in Adamawa South Senatorial District.
Binos scored 164,741 to defeat MoAllayidi who got 118,129 votes.
