The National Chairman of Peoples Democratic Movement (PDM), Chief Frank Igwebuike, has tipped the Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar to emerge victorious in this Saturday’s election.
Igwebuike stated this when he led some members of PDM National Working Committee (NWC) to the Atiku Presidential Campaign Office, Abuja, to formalized his endorsement.
Igwebuike, who defeated former National Chairman, Bashir Ibrahim in a court ruling on Tuesday said Atiku has the energy, courage and experience to move Nigeria forward.
According to him, “We have only one PDM, which was registered in August 2013. Meanwhile, it has come to the notice of the PDM that one Bashir Ibrahim Yusuf has been parading himself as chairman of PDM. An Abuja high court has restrained him from parading himself as chairman of PDM.
“I, Hon Frank Igwebuike remain the chairman of PDM in Nigeria and Diaspora. We are here today, having resolved as a political party for the interest of Nigeria and Nigerians that we have looked at all the candidates vying for the election in 2019 presidency, and noticed that Atiku Abubakar is the best with experience in the political space to occupy the position of President of Federal Republic of Nigeria.
“We have looked at his antecedents and we are very much convinced that he is the man of the moment. He is intelligent and a man who has courage to lead Nigeria.
“Private sector driven economy is what is needed in the 21st century. He is going to be to Nigeria what Albert Magga is to Sierra Leone. We have directed our people to mobilize and vote Atiku for President. But all other position like the governorship, house of assembly and others, they must vote PDM.
