A senior pastor of the Christ Apostolic Church in Ibadan, Pastor Joseph Akinade, on Thursday said failure of prophets across Nigeria to predict the recent pandemic has exposed them.

He urged men of God to continue to pray for Nigeria rather than predicting the future, adding that God showed his supremacy with the recent worldwide pandemic.

The clergyman, who spoke at a press conference heralding the first anniversary of the church, said the recent happening in the world was an indication of God’s anger with the people.

He urged Nigerians to sustain prayers for the country to avert the wrath of God saying; “It is only God who knows tomorrow.”
