Oyo environment commissioner, Ayoola dies

The Oyo State commissioner for Environment, and former speaker of the State House of Assembly, Hon. Kehinde Ayoola, is dead.

Ayoola died on Thursday morning at an undisclosed hospital in Ibadan after a brief illness.

Ayoola, who represented Oyo East/Oyo West Federal Constituency between 1999 and 2003, was from Apaara village in Oyo town.

He was Oyo State Assembly Speaker between May to October 1999.

Late Ayoola was the campaign director general of Governor Seyi Makinde in SDP, during the 2015 governorship election in Oyo State.
