Some leaders of the APC in Oyo State have sent a petition to President Muhammadu Buhari and the national headquarters of the party, saying failure to address issues relating to congresses in the state could jeopardize it chances in 2019.
The party in the state has remained divided, with allegations that some people supported by Governor Abiola Ajimobi did not pay for nomination forms but were allowed to vie for positions and thereafter emerged as winners at the detriment of committed members.
