The introduction of the POS has killed the services which customers used to obtain and perform at the Zenith Bank ATM Gallery in Bwari. This is so because around the bank, there are several POS operators who are said to be working for some staff of the banks. Therefore, they continuously starve ATM machines of cash. Even during working hours, I had tried to beg them to put money in the ATM machines but to no avail. I was simply advised to either join the long queues inside the banking hall or go to the POS operators who are their agents.
To score their point, only two cashiers were available out of the eight stands inside the bank, thus, leaving customers with no other option than to patronize the POS operators around the bank.

I am writing this letter while standing in a long queue just to withdraw a small amount of money. This is sad! I urge the bank’s management to urgently look into this anomaly and correct it. It is not fair for you to allow your customers to be mistreated this way.
