The passengers traveling on Ife/Ondo on Thursday were stranded as soldiers blocked the road.
The passengers lamented that the rerun election should not have affected the expressway when it is not a national election.
They were delayed for several hours as soldiers refused to open the roads for them to proceed with their journey.
The soldiers later allowed them to move and continue their journey.
