Muslims in Osogbo, Osun State capital,on Tuesday, staged a peaceful protest against an alleged attempt by Railway Property Management Company Limited to re-allocate the Railway Setback that Muslims have been using as Eid prayer ground for more than 20 years to a pastor, Bukola Solomon.
Speaking on behalf of the Osun Coalition of Muslims for Justice at the Eid prayer ground located at Oke Onitea Area, Osogbo, Qazeeem Odedeji, a lawyer, said Muslims would continue to use the land as Eid Prayer Ground.

He cautioned Railway Property Management Company Limited against causing a religious clash between Muslims and Christians in the state.
Odedeji said the land was allotted to Muslims in 2015 as Eid prayer ground.
He said an official of the Railway Property Management Company Limited, Mr Innocent Agbaji, reallocated the land to the pastor recently.
Odedeji called on all stakeholders and lovers of peace to caution Agbaji and Solomon in the interest of peace.
In his reaction, Agbaji told Daily Trust that the land had been revoked from the allottee because of the dispute.
