Osun monarch Akinyinwa dies at 83

The traditional ruler of Ikinyinwa-Ijesa in Obokun Local Government Area of Osun State, Oba James Idowu Adeyemi Oluyide, Otafa ll has died at the age of 83.

The late monarch who ascended the throne in 1979, died in his palace during a brief illness the Looyin of Ikinyinwa-Ijesa, High Chief Adelowo Oluyide announced the death of the monarch on Thursday. He prayed for the repose of the departed soul.
