The Osun State Government has commenced enrollment of 30,000 youths into the Osun Health Insurance Scheme to enable them get quality healthcare delivery that is accessible and affordable.
At a press briefing in Osogbo, the Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Mr Olayemi Lawal, said the Governor Adegboyega Oyetola ordered their immediate enrolment.
Mr Lawal said the initiative was to properly integrate the youths across the state into the scheme, especially those who were out-of-school, unemployed, physically or mentally challenged.
Lawal said the government had also commenced massive recruitment into the Osun Youth Empowerment Scheme.
