Vice President Yemi Osinbajo says the country cannot continue with killings.
Osinbajo stated this today via Twitter. He had on Monday visited Plateau State to condole with the goverment and people of the state over the Sunday’s killings of over 100 people by herdsmen.

The vice president, in his official Twitter handle, @ProfOsinbajo, described the killings as vicious and horrible.
He said: "In Plateau State, I met with several community leaders and had robust conversations and some of their suggestions which have been noted and acted upon.
"The Major-General of Operation Safe haven has assured me that arrests have been made and further arrests will be made."
